Important Information for Residents Residing in states where Consumer protection laws exist through the department of education:
(MAPS) MedAllied Pathway Solutions enrolls students residents within the department of educations consumer protected states. However, in accordance with consumer protection laws, we do not solicit residents within states where the department of education prohibits solicitation.
What this means:
- If you are a resident of one of these states (Pennsylvania is one of these states), you may only enroll if payment is made on your behalf by a third party, such as:
- Your employer
- A healthcare facility
- A sponsoring organization
- A Donor organization
- We can accept payment from companies, hospitals, and other institutions (including those based in your state of residence) for the training of their employees.
- If a student is not enrolling through a company or a third party such as the third parties listed above- the student may submit an application to be reviewed for acceptance to take one of the trade courses for free at no cost to the student.
By continuing with registration, you confirm that:
- You are not making personal payments (if you are a resident of one of these states including P.A residents) and your enrollment is being sponsored and paid for by an eligible third party.
